We offer four membership programs which include a variety of classes.
All of our memberships are month to month with automatic withdrawal and renewal each month.
There are NO cancellation fees, and students can cancel their membership at any time by providing notice.
BJJ Kids Program – Ages 4-12 (3x week)
The Kids BJJ program allows for the students to build awareness, confidence and self-discipline while in a safe and friendly environment. As BJJ is a martial art that relies on leverage and balance to gain position, it is well suited to kids of all sizes and ages. BJJ encourages kids to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of varying body types, and how to use their particular strengths to their advantage.
The kids will learn various techniques and how to use them properly, safely and effectively. Classes also include controlled sparring there they will practice their moves with each other under the careful supervision of the instructors.
Teens Program – Ages 12-17 (2x week)
Our teens program provides a class dedicated to kids between 12-17 who typically find themselves too big for the kids class and some cases too small for the adult classes. It allows the teens to develop along side others their own age, providing them an optimum settings to improve.
Expanding upon the basics developed from the Kids program, the Teens program goes further into more advance moves and positions ensuring the teens are always challenged with new ideas, concepts and techniques.
Women’s Only BJJ (2x week)
We are extremely proud to have Winnipeg’s largest Women’s only BJJ program. Typically we have anywhere from 12-18 women per class, with over 30 enrolled and train regularly.
These classes are primarily focused on the core fundamentals of jiu jitsu, self-defense but also tie into the sport aspect as well. These classes will greatly improve your self-awareness and confidence in a small class setting.

Adult Program (unlimited)
The adult program is an all-inclusive membership with access to all of the classes we offer at Gracie Humaita Winnipeg.
Classes will generally consist of a warm-up session and/or conditioning, learning new techniques, drilling exercises, and sparring as time permits. You will find yourself not only pushing your body, but also your mind to the extreme as you learn the intricate details to be effective.
